How fast are the orders shipped?

• Goods typically arrive next day to UK mainland – shipped out of our warehouses in Clacton & Chorley
• Stock levels are actively managed throughout the year to ensure availability

How does delivery work?

• We use 3rd-party pallet delivery and pass on the cost. We can place multiple units on a pallet saving costs.
• One pallet fits up to 4 full-size or 8 mini remotes

How does warranty work?

• All products have a 12-month warranty from the point of purchase
